These shoes are personalized products tailored just for you. There is a grace period of 24 hours after placing your order to request a refund. There are no options for returns once customization begins.
Orders are not started until 24 hours after they are placed. We then ask for a few weeks to complete the custom. (Wait time may vary depending on the amount of orders we are currently working. Current wait time is displayed on the home page.) From there, shipping could take days or weeks depending on where you are in the world. However, we communicate with you every step of the way to ensure there are no surprises.
If you are requesting a rush order, there will be an addition fee
Pricing depends on how elaborate the design and the size of the shoe.
We use a high quality paint that allows the artwork to be permanently bonded to each shoe. Each shoe is flexible, water resistant and long lasting.
We currently only ship to places within the U.S.
Definitely, As long as the shoes are new/in great condition.
Use a damp cloth and water , or mild soap, to wipe away any soiling.
Do not use any abrasive cleaners or clothes. Machine washing is also not recommended.
